Due to numerous ‘no shows’ we will now be asking for card details to secure your appointment. Your Card will not be charged unless you do not adhere to the Booking & cancellation terms (Outlined below)

Booking & Cancellation Terms
1. We require at least 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel your appointment. Cancellations made later than this will be charged at 50% of appointment cost, payment will be charged to card on file.
2. If you cancel within 2 hours or no show on the day of your appointment you will be liable for 100% of the service cost.
3. If you can not cancel your appointment online then you must call the shop to confirm your cancellation.
4. Automated reminders will be sent 26 Hours Prior to appointment.
5. You can move/amend your appointment up to 12 hour prior with out any charges/fees. For bookings made within 2 hours of the appointment you have 30 minutes from the time of booking to call the salon to move/amend your appointment.
6. We are cash only in salon/final balance to be paid in cash.
7. Vouchers can only be redeemed at the time of the appointment. Forgotten vouchers cannot be refunded later.
8. Online discount codes can only be redeemed when booking appointment online not in the salon.
9. If you 'no show' you will be ask to Prepay for your next appointment. If you no show to 2 or more appointments with failure to get in touch with us, you could be at risk of being revoked from our booking system.
10. Arriving more than 15 minutes late for an appointment will result in it’s immediate cancellation. Service will be charged at 100% of appointment cost.
11. Our Card Capture service is provided by www.squareup.com and we reserve the right to charge your card if the terms & conditions above are not met.
